- The personal data controller processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law, in connection with the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (Article 6(1)(c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016).
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recording your presence, stay, and use of the KSK Pretor shooting range.
- Your personal data will be disclosed to persons authorized by the Data Controller, to entities authorized under applicable law, and to entities providing archiving and IT support services.
- Your personal data will be retained for the period required by law regarding archiving.
- You have the right to: request access to your personal data from the Data Controller; the right to have your personal data corrected, deleted, or to restrict its processing; the right to object to the processing of your personal data; and the right to data portability.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data is voluntary/required by law; however, failure to provide the data to the extent required by the controller may result in the controller’s refusal to cooperate.
- Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling as referred to in Article 22 of the Regulation.
